1. First video is 23.72 in the 200 meter dash at 6'0 and 215 LBS from 2013. Heavy body weight PR for me. Normal time for me on that was 24.75 to 25.75.....
2. Video of the 225 LB bench press warmup with one hand starts at 14:03.
3. Video of 222.5 LBS for 3 reps with ONE HAND.. PR.
I won.
I beat the casino.
Bigger, faster, stronger, and HOTTER than all.

I'm just making a point that you're all weak for the most part.. And couldn't do anywhere near this amount... Even after all of the steroid usage like 85 percent it seems of you all like to take...
Every single gym I go to I have to watch every single thing that I touch due to steroid users everywhere...
IT's so easy to tell who's on now due to the 3D shoulder effect... Pretty much every single 3D shoulder bowling ball piece of garbage is on steroids...
Then they walk around like they're stronger than me...
Steroids don't count.. SO yeah YOU'RE NOT STRONGER THAN ME.

Haven't had an oppurtunity to try this out this year yet... Or just haven't focused on it...
Once I see somewhat of a strength increase from tanning.. I'll try it again.
I'm always 30 LBS stronger on bench press from tanning all year long.. From the cumulative effect from tanning all year...
So i'm always stronger and faster in late Sept, OCT, NOV, and Dec....
But yeah I guess I could try this out and see what I can get this week at 6'0 and 236 LBS.... I might be able to get 235 for 1, with ONE hand.. We'll see.
