How is your mental picturing / structuring ability?

Some people can play mental chess just saying chit like Be4, Pc7, Kd3 x100 and see it all playing out, pieces being taken off the board, etc.

Some people can hold 4 or 5 different shapes of cubic object in their mind and rotate each one around at different angles and keep up with it.

I beginning to think i'm some sort of spastic..
