Previous PR was in 2017 when I did 505 for 1 at 6'0 and 243 LBS.

This past week just did 545 for 1 at 6'0 and 236 LBS.....

All time PR on that machine..

I count the sled as just 45 like a bar.

Some people call the sled 100 lbs..

I had 5 plates and a 25 on each side..

Was really pumped up this past week about this..

Need more though...

I need to beat Simeon Pandas 615 for 2 reps that he did way back in like 2015..

Nowhere near Layne Nortons 585 for 10....

But yet again Layne cheated and used knee sleeves... Probably 50 times too small like they all do..

So i'm doing a full 100 LBS subtraction on his 585 for 10 and just calling it 485 for 10...

I might be very close to beating the fuk out of Layne on this... We'll see.. Need to crank it up a bit more and go higher.

Oh and I banged it off the bottom too....

No video though.. Because I had my time wasted so much in the past 6 months by all of the Illegals running around like a bunch of maniacs and getting in my fukin way everywhere and literally shitting on everything.....

So until ICE comes in and sends them all back and stops feeling bad for them.. THen yeah maybe i'll have the fukin time to video tape it........

Plus they all drive these tiny little cars that they got for free and they all go 100 miles an hour and tail gate the fuk out of people.
