Mark Rubin.. Wall Street Decathlete champion 6 years in a row ran 54 in the 400 at 6'3 and 225.
What makes you all think that you can compete with me when I have even Mr. Wall Street Decathlete Champion and former NFL player Mark Rubin who's on a slight dose of tren to get shoulders like that at that height, beat in the 400 by a full 1 second?
But he doesn't meet my specifications in this due to being 6'3 and the ease it is to run at that height...Extremely easy to cover more ground the taller the person is especially for the 400...
And no i'm not going to do a reverse correlation and say 7 LBS per inch subtraction off of his 6'3 equals 21 LBS off of the 225 and it's 6'0 and 204,... Because at that point the math just gets stupid...
PROVE TO ME ANYONE UNDER 6'0 AND over 215 LBS can beat my time of 53.35......
So far nobody in the world can come close since Sept 27th, 2013....
You all are clueless to the diffulculty level of this.. I spent the entire year running 56-59 seconds..
I only hit 53 seconds on a 2-3 week peaking window in late Sept into early October 2013....
And had potential for a faster time based on a workout I did that was 1 second faster than the 53.35.. Ran out of warm weather and got a cold.. Had potential for 52.50 in this.....
AND REMEMBER.. NOT AN ALL TIME PR.. JUST A BODY WEIGHT HEAVY PR.....

Who you going to call now? Rich Froning? Froning only has a PR of 58 at twink weight of 185-195....
Got MR. Crossfit champion 5 years in a row beat by over 5 seconds and over 30 LBS body weight...
Nobody within crossfit can come close to this time at all body weights...
What makes any of you think you can?
NFL running backs don't run 53 at 6'0 and 215.....
Just the training alone for the 400 would make their weight drop to 195...
Which would be OUTSIDE of my specifications in this of OVER 215.
I started that year of 2013 at like 235 LBS body weight on average.....
