Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary has referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) over the death as officers initially handcuffed and arrested the victim as he lost consciousness.

It has a dynamic mix of aggressors and cuckolds.

Other groups are more monolithic. Not entirely, but more so. So there's less progress. Less elasticity.

Whites function as one large bureaucracy with smart tough leaders at the top and bunch of soft generic yes-men at the bottom. That's how shit gets done. Not everyone competing for the same roles and status. It's like forming Voltron. One giant unit of people with all different psychologies to fill different roles, working together. You got the Donald Trumps at the top and the John Vee's down at the bottom, and everything in between. No other group developed a spectrum that wide to create such complex civilizations.

So the cuckolds, altho an embarrassment, are a big part of the success that got to this point. And there's still a large proportion of them around today.
