Discuss...i feel like most of you are going to say Millennials, but I think GenZ is more obsessed with looking good, so they're in the gym more.
In Colombia I see more Gen-Z's hitting the weights then in the USA.

I think Gen Z. Milennials obviously did as well, but smaller numbers.

Obesity by age brackets
2026
Aged 20โ39: ~35.5% obesity prevalence.
2010
Aged 20โ39: ~32.6% obesity prevalence.
I'll just leave this here (not that either are good)

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

i think gen z plastering workouts all over social media leads to the impression they do; but i think its misleading
95% of gen z are fat, lazy, sacks of shit
i'd say only 80% of millennials are

Based on real life or Instagay? From in person experience, Gen z train like fucking pussies doing their bullshit isolation exercises like illiac lat pull downs instead of horse cocking heavy weight on free weight rows. Millenials trained with free weight predominantly and used machines as a supplement but gen z flipped it around to avoid hard work.

Also, there are a lot more Gen Z females than Milennial females who use the gym. Males are probably similar.

Gen Z definitely got hooked on it from the millenials. Moreover, many are trying to capitalize on social media which was definitely started by millenials

But if we're being real I don't even see many Gen Z lifters with impressive physiques... I feel like it's always Millenials, even now older and who have clearly declined, mogging the typical Gen Z lifter.
So it may be there may be more extremes in terms of willing go to the gym in the first place but I question if they put in the work that the Millenials who do show up put in. Aside from social media I almost never see an impressive Gen Z physique.
I notice more Gen Z women lifting compared to Millenials but that's about the only positive thing I notice between the two generations. The Gen Z guys I see are barely noticeable.

Most of you look like imbored with a broccoli haircut at this gym

But we all know how the 2010s were as far as working out and supps.
