As AI starts to hack away at entry level positions companies will have proof that they can run on a skeleton crew. All the "I only work 2 hours a day" office peeps are in for a rude awakening. We are already seeing tech companies firing 10%+ of their workforce and turning around to announce record high profit margins and earnings.
We have a ring of 10-20 psychopath CEO's who are in a race with each other on who can eliminate the most jobs. Save your pennies boyos.

IMO, you are going to see companies who think this applies to more employees that what it actually is, get overzealous with the firing and then realize they've lost a knowledge base that AI can not cover. These are the companies that might do well short term, but will inevitably hurt long term.
The companies that find the healthy medium, and possibly even leverage employee growth augmented with AI, will be the ones who do the best. Of course, this will vary by business sectors.
