@donny2yucky recently messed up big time he got so hungry he ate and ate and ate we are talking probably 5000+ calories just a complete PIG OUT fat and sugar just everything undoing days if not a whole week of fat loss what advice do u have for him can u spot any weakness in his strategy of losing weight perhaps he should ditch the cheat meals ?
