I'm sure this sort of thread gets made often...

And it would appear I am late to the party but after two sessions of scrolling in the last few days I can say it feels absolutely amazing to be back on the MISC! I am the misc's resident giant and cattle rancher from South Dakota known as SmillironS in the old misc, I found it odd somebody already has my username in new misc but I digress. This is the busiest time of year for me by far on the ranch but over the next few weeks I'll get back into the swing of things. I recognize a lot of names here, good to see you all! And to those of you I don't recognize, its good to meet you all (unless you're a Democrat srs).

No troll here sir, although I admit my life as a lifter has been pretty non existent these last few years due to several bad medical issues but I may healthy as a horse now and back in the gym daily so I'll have pics rolling sometime in the next month or so. If somebody can refresh my memory on how to post vids I'll put up my 500x1 and 405x10 close grip bench vids from 2018 (sad that its been that long).

Sold off a lot of assets in other parts of the state, got rid of an incredibly toxic woman/relationship/cocaine and whiskey habit and now life is better than its ever been!
