I dont know about overhand but people assumed I had a good hook because I'm a good arm wrestler, never punched someone in my life though.

I don't follow anybody per se' online but anytime I see something with Devon Laratt I click on it because for comedy, brute strength/technique, or his life story its guaranteed to be entertaining.

On topic - cringe or not I'd nominate myself due to size and strength (mostly God given, I take little credit for either) and the fact I've done some boxing. In fact Ive done enough boxing to tell you straight off that hay maker punching power means absolute fuk all in the ring or street for anybody not named deontay wilder as huge wind up punches are easily dodged and countered.

Me are my brothers were always fighting which included going to the boxing gym for a "spar" obviously a punch comes come from the feet/legs first and it's like a kinetic chain of motion u either know how to put all ur weight behind a punch or u don't, where the last component of the SMACK? that's right, the forearms and wrist

i don't know about 320, i think our boyo said he was sitting at a solid 260 career heaviest. and aim is 140, so ~120 of weight to lose

he definitely should pull a finger out and purchase a scale. i don't understand what is the hold up

seeing the numbers drop would be motivation to keep pushing

it is as if our brah doesn't want to get fully committed to the journey ahead

Your footwork needs some serious work. You're leaning in a lot with the jab. Same with those hooks, I can see you trying to change the angle which is good, but you're setting yourself wrong and then shifting your upper body to compensate. Kills all the power and puts you way off balance.

"Hockey" refers to field hockey over here. Girl's sport but we're historically good at it.

We have ice hockey, and ice rinks, and a league (it's where that guy got murdered by that engineer the other year), but no we aren't much good at it and it isn't a major sport.

Eastern Europeans and Scandinavians are really into ice hockey.
