Finished week two of two a days. Chest, bis, and tris in the morning one day. Back, legs, and shoulders the next morning. Each afternoon I do HIIT (Insanity).

I’ve got seven more weeks of that and then from there I may do three a days, with two being semi light work.

Monday - Delt/Tri
Wednesday - Back
Friday - Chest/Bi
Sat - Legs/Traps

1-5 movements per muscle group, 2 warm up sets (50% weight x1, 70-75% x1) then 1 work set to total failure - add in forced reps, partials or negatives then rest

Takes between 35 - 45 minutes a session in most cases - gains are great

Normally do push day 1 , legs day 2 , pull day 3 and one day rest . May take 2 day off instead of 1 till I get back into the routine.

Most do push pull legs , but srs I find I’m too fking sore to do lats after doing bench and shoulders the day b4 . I have to break it up a bit
