should I get a cheap tint... I drive a chitbox anyway

-bought a used 2008 mazda3 years ago that was already tinted
-tint has faded after 6 years of me owning it. want to get it redone.

-my one issue with tinted windows was that it was hard AF to see out of at night sometimes. is every type of tint like that. mine was 15%

-looking at different shops. some of them charging as low as $60. others up to $200.

-how bad is a chitty tint? also wats a ceramic tint?

Get 3M ceramic tint. It's worth it.

I've heard chitty tints will bubble up, or peel and stuff. I've always admired a good tint, but don't know much. I would google and youtube for answers. Someone here will know more

You dont go cheap on tint ,its an art

35% front windows

Limo everywhere else

Ive had tint done for decades where I go ,they are the best in my area ,found them on a corvette forum

Tint prices haven't really went up much like everything else

Just have a good shop do it


If your rear window tint is bubbled up then don't even bother to remove it yourself, I made that mistake and had to buy a steamer on Amazon to finish taking it off


Yes get llumar or 3m don't get cheap shit. Get the uv blocking ceramic

I tell them just get whatever darkest the state allows you should be able to see at night if it's legal
