RIP Gilad Janklowicz (“Gilad’s Bodies in Motion”)

This one is a bit old school … anyone familiar with him and his show?

Way back when I was first getting into fitness as a teen, I encountered his show “Gilad’s Bodies in Motion” on the fitness channel. I remember doing the exercises as I watched.

He passed today at age 71

The only fitness TV program I remember from when I was a kid is the one that had some Hawaiian sloot. Her name was Tiana or Kiana or something

Edit: I guess I was a teenager and her name was Kiana, I just looked it up
