The first page in 2011 used to have the entire page replied to within the 5-7 min range.

Meaning when scrolling to the bottom of the first page.. The thread on the bottom would have a reply time within 7 mins or less to it.. Then the entire second page would be within 15 to 30 mins for the most part...

So not bad numbers here.

The only reason why the MISC went down was due to the over use of the ban button by people moderating that banned for no reason.....

Banning should be banned....

There were alot of really bad mods back in the OG days. Wayyy to many power tripping mods who would ban for political reasons. I assume they are reddit moderators now.

Yeah Suzuki900 or something like that. That one steroided out Japanese guy ended up banning me because he personally didn't like what I had to say.. He did like 900 LBS to a depth of like 3 inches above parallel.. .. And also probably with a straight up and down back angle like they all do.. All leverage lifting.

Who are they moderating for though? I was always confused by that..... It's always a better option to allow anything to be said and then just keep it on there for everyone to read...... The hiding and deleting of threads always confused me...

Why are they hiding threads? It adds to the count. It inflates the numbers.. It's always better to inflate numbers rather than deflate them and make it look like a place where everyone gets banned.

Jobs such as 25-35 hours straight with no sleep. 10 flights of steps with 300 LB couches, 716 LB safes down fukin flights of steps myself with a simple dolly, 750 LB hot tubs, 650 LB grand pianos, etc.... Pretty much the worst type of moving jobs anyone can possibly imagine I have to now fukin do because they ruined the MISC and I didn't get Youtube famous like I initially wanted...

Not yet. I didn't tell you I set PRs in the 10 and 20 yards in 2024... Ran .59 in the 10 and 1.91 in the 20 yard dash. That 1.91 even broke my 2020 PR of 1.94 at a lighter body weight in 2020 of around 205 LBS.

I had an off year last year because I went to jail again for a month. And just couldn't get my workout done overall....

I'm breaking the overall 30 meter WR this year due to being heavier and just being stronger overall... So i'll be actually faster and stronger this year than any other previous year.. I just did a 545 for 1 hack squat with a bounce on a Star Trac hack squat machine... Easily. Broke my PR in that machine by 40 LBS over 2017s record of 505 for 1 already...

I'll be at 560 or more within 2 weeks on that machine...

For reference Layne Norton was only able to get 540 up for 9 reps on this same exact hack squat machine EVEN with his knee wraps on which add 100 LBS to any lift.. I did my lift without any knee wraps... So Layne really only did 440 for 9 here... I have him beat already in squats and hack squats..

I'm just better than he is.. Way stronger overall than he is... So he's really the only natural I can compare to right now.. So I respect him for that.. But i'm just stronger.. And hotter.
