It’s the truth tho Nova Scotia is a different way of life. Even Halifax was a slower feel compared to other cities. Different now in Halifax with all the immigration but rural N.S. still very much is slow pace of life. In a weird way Nova Scotia is like Florida-lite

So u are trying to lose weight

Have had a scale in your house for a week but never weighed yourself.. haven't walked in 5 days.

Also only shower twice a week but also don't use sheets to protect your mattress

Also say no reason to shower but what about your relatives would you at least give them the courtesy to not smell around them?
