Basketball for me this morning.

The plan is to lift tomorrow with my son. I have him lifting full body 3 times per week. I need to get him doing some plyometric work, too.

Why? I already have a RHR in the 40’s and I’m in good shape.

I do sprints.

I do 45 min of cardio 7x week on the bike.

I lift 6x week.

No rowing though.

Its just fun. Ive been enjoying the hell out of vo2max training & long distance running.
Even gym even though its always great, it doesnt shine in comparison. High intensity cardio is just primal as fuck. I feel like my body wants to do it,
Not to chase any metric or a health marker. Just feels good mayne.

I could see myself doing the rowing. But I have a feeling my ankles and shins might not love the running part.

They could get accustomed to it if going little by little.
Swimming is also some joint friendly cardio. That would surely give the primal feeling i was talking about.
Just motorboat like a mother fucker between some islands
