Forgot about that one.. That's how a person tells who's on and who's not...

Steroid users are so positively charged that not only does their skin shine and have that steroid shine... Among the 3D shoulders which I listed in another thread..

But they're so positive that they're always giving out stupid ass motivational quotes on every single platform such as Insta,,,Youtube.. ETC....
Like I don't need to hear their stupid ass motivational quotes.. As if i'm not hot or something.. It's like shut the fuk up.. So annoying..

Steroid users are probably the most annoying people on the planet... Every single gym I go to now I see at least like 20 of them.. Especially Crunch Fitness.. They all like to huddle up at Crunch..

When I was calling them out before 2018 I got banned by alot of them.. Phil Heath banned me on Insta, Paige Hathaway... ETC....

Stop giving out stupid ass motivational quotes. I don't need to hear them.. Their usually dumb as fuk anyways..

Are you an OG boyo, why you red?

I learned that to make anything in fitness your life has to revolve around it while sacrificing almost everything else, I would still kill to have the physique back that I used to have, but I think I'm mostly going to twink maxx if I lose the weight, its too much committment to be really lean and muscular.

it's pretty easy to spot ozempic/peptide/steroid users.

see their stupid ego doesn't just stop when they get a reasonable six pack, they have to go all the way and get as much separation as possible. you see separation between their abdominals, their serratus, and that spot where the torso ties into the hips.

that level of fat loss is insanely difficult to do naturally. no way some ****** does it in six months
