Once you account for entry fee, travel gas and tax on the "income" from sale you should be walking home with a cool $7-8 profit. And it was only an hour or two of your time. $4/hour is pretty high roller in todays economy.

I spent $500 on the recent Pokemon Center drop. Pitch Black Booster box, booster bundle and 2 PC Pitch Black ETBs. Should be worth around 1k on release next month

Charmander was my first card a friend gave to me on the school bus back in 1999. Can't remember if it was a first edition or not though. I wonder how much my book of rares from the late 90s/early 2000s would go for if I had kept it. Gave it to my nephew when I was a teen and I think it probably got pawned or something lol.
