Add in a yogurt parfait and that would be a 10/10 breakfast.

For sure, it can be dope. Went to one in small town Drain Oregon a few times on Sundays that was pretty cool. About 5 a.m. like you're saying. Locals would all be there like clockwork, all older folks, owners/workers too. All kinds of banter between everyone, even as a new comer the staff and people sitting near you would bullshit with you or give you shit. It's oregon so you could watch the rain fall outside of the window next to your table or watch from the diner bar. The food was really good there but I was watching a lot of Bar Rescue at the time and the cobwebs in the cieling and just out of date establishment plus old staff just grossed me out so I quit going. Also the bathroom was right next to the entrance door, so it would catch the breeze from the door and run through the entire tiny restaurant. The last time I went some old dude just destroyed that bathroom and left the bathroom door open then took the 4 steps from the bathroom to the diner bar and sat down to finish his breakfast with no shame, it was one of the worst smells I have ever experienced and literally had to vacate the restaurant immediately. Pretty sure my buddy bill that I used to go with still eats there though.
