You must complete the following milestones or you will never return to your original body:

Within 1 year: Be completely off welfare and living independently from family

Within 3 years: Have a BMI in the healthy range, or be less than 15% BF

Within 5 years: Have a job making over $100,000 per year (USD), not inflation adjusted, and a wife who is 5/10 or better with a normal personality.

Isn't he on disability aka a semi-functional retard? So he can't use his size to do any manual labor and he can't even complete an online job application. Yes could turn it around. I would reverse your goals there though

I would get health in check first probably 1 year for that

Also if you're complete broke then moving out in a year is a huge waste of money right now he has rent for 400 bucks you are better off saving some money, no point in having your own pace if you can't get laid

There is no incentive to work since everything is free and if I'm not decent looking enough to get some pussy why even work.

I would study the Canadian welfare system and see how I can grow wealth initially without losing benefits

I would also get a passport and save for a Turkish hair transplant. I might get scalp micro pigmentation too
