HR sent a memo that "Fatigue" can be a sensitive word

So my company's HR dept just sent their usual monthly memo regarding our "values" and in it, they highlight things that might be considered offensive.

They specifically called out the word "fatigue" and how extra care should be observed when using the word "fatigue". Instead, they recommend using "exhausted" or "under the weather" when trying to convey a sense of tiredness.

This is in anticipation of Juneteenth.

I think it's funny to imagine the HR-wing of the online-left to nitpick themselves like the ouroboros, people on social media describing their chronic-illnesses and ableism in America listing off their symptoms which includes fatigue will be nagged and implied to be racist
