10+ years of upright rows

My wrists are fine… who made that shit up?

Since day one of lifting I was told it’ll damage your wrists. Safe to say after 10 years that shit is false, ur welcome.

Yeah, it's just a lot of weight on muscles and tendons that aren't meant to handle it. No reason to really do it IMO. Do some movements focused on rotation, but keep them light. If you want to get larger shoulders/traps, there are better movements.

For side delts, I prefer lateral raises. And if I’m doing a push day that includes incline flys, I’ll pretty much hit only one direct shoulder movement. Which is typically lateral raises
