Working, like most other normal people. Saw a few older black people in the gym. Overheard them talking about it. Literally went like this:

"No work today"
"Oh, today's a holiday?"

Last year June 19th was my off day but I got called in last minute to cover a white coworker, I personally didn't mind but it was the subject of workplace jokes all day

I work as a private-practice physiotherapist so we don't get most holidays off anyways, but I'm also in the Midwest where celebrating doesn't feel as authentic(?) as celebrating in Houston would feel where you can see the history of Buffalo Bayou and what not
