reminds me of the year i lived in Downtown Toronto. i miss that cozy bachelor pad. the view from my balcony was nowhere near as good as yours, but my location was really good - right in the heart of the city. i enjoyed going on walks late at night. too bad it was COVID when i lived there, so there wasn't much to do.
