Is there one area in America where a plethora of blacks moved into and the land value became more valuable?

Can you imagine how much cheaper housing costs would be if vast parts of this country weren't inhabitable due to the black plague. Blacks drive up the cost of housing so much because people are forced to compete over areas away from them. The farther away you are from blacks = the more expensive it'll be.
