Are all people created in Gods image?

I see certain groups of people and I won’t say who specifically but they are so ugly I feel that they look demonic in nature. A lot of these same people often act exactly how I would imagine demons would act. Are they descendants of demons like it’s in their dna or are they just low IQ subhumans who are to low IQ to understand empathy and the way a human should act? Or perhaps they are just bad people and it’s just physiognomy. If that’s the case are they ugly because they are bad or is it that they are bad because they are ugly. I’m genuinely curious about this.
