I walk a ton because I like to pace when I think and a large part of my career has been work from home so I'm pacing around then too. I'm walking around for hours each day and probably more than anyone here.

I don't think it gives me any noticeable benefit. That being said, I'm physically active in general, if I was sedentary, it would probably help.
