2 arrested after detective finds drugs in bag labeled ‘definitely not a bag full of drugs,’ Ky. sheriff saysLAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT/Gray News) - Two people are facing charges after detectives say they found a bag labeled “definitely not a bag full of drugs” that contained suspected narcotics, Laurel County officials say.The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office said a detective found a suspicious vehicle parked in an employee area of a business.When the detective spoke with the man and woman inside the car, he noticed a plastic bag that contained suspected narcotics.He then found a second bag labeled “definitely not a bag full of drugs” inside the vehicle. He said there were more suspected narcotics inside that bag.

Not that the business called, but the detective found him.
How the fuck does the detective know what vehicles belong there? What makes it “suspicious”?
Sounds like targeted overreach that lacks probable cause to me.
