The Old Testament is complete bullshit. Atheist arguments that religious texts are fictional stories hold the most weight against Judaism. Reading Rabbinic literature is like reading Greek mythology. Once you get into the New Testament, there's some historical record that is independently verifiable, plus most Christian values are the gold standard of how to live as a human. Christian societies function better than all others for a reason.

Islam makes a bit of sense too, but is too focused on punishment, obedience and retribution that it leads to some inhumane societies.

I am not familiar enough with Eastern religions.
