Sub 55 second 400m, and 550 LB deadlift in the same day. My take on the Insta Hybrid Athlete Situation.

Ok so all over the internet not even cross fitters because cross fitters can't break 1:15 in the 400 because of how many high reps they do.. But internet so called hybrid athletes like this steroid user here on youtube claim that they have an unofficial WR for fastest mile ever of 4:49 while at the same time of deadlifting over 500... ETC...

Here's my hybrid athlete results.

On September 27th, 2013, I ran a 53.35 second 400 meter dash and deadlifted 550 for 2 on a Texas Deadlifting Barbell on the same day.

What's everyone elses hybrid athlete results?

Because you know, you're all the greatest overall athletes in the world right?

Whoever I see on Insta that has the most followers and does the most steroids is the best overall athlete out there....
You know, you're the athlete. Do the job yourself.

Here's the light to medium dose steroid user who claims he has a WR in the mile of 4:49 and a deadlift of 500 in the same day.. And yeah he did that..

And yeah that's a really really good time in the mile and really good deadlift in the same day.. Beats Nick Bares results...
The problem is he's doing this on a light to medium dose of Tren.. Anyone who's anyone can clearly see it in his paper thin 3D shoulders with the inner enlarged shoulder varicose vein present...

That's the problem.. Number one indicators of steroid usage are 3D shoulders, paper thin skin at high body weights, and inner enlarged varicose vein or just inner enlarged vein that usually presents itself on the side of the body where the heart is so the left hand side but can be on either side of the shoulders... That vein gives away the Tren and Test coming into the body..

So yeah really good results, but the problem is his results don't count due to his light to medium dosage of steroids.. Anything done on steroids is negated or in other words deleted...

Yeah the sport of doing a 400 over 215 LBS and heights of less than 6'0 tall. While being natural. And deadlifting and benching alot of weight in the same day....

I just created a new sport.

Just for comparison.

Miraglia did a 4:49 mile and deadlifted 500 LBS in the same day.. I think it was in like 2017 till 2020 range...

At whatever his height is and around 185 LBS body weight... Something like that. I'll get exact specifications on this later.

He's calling this situation an unofficial WR for fastest mile time and a 500 LB deadlift in the same day.

I ran 4:36 in the mile at 6'0 and 206 LBS body weight in 2002 in 58 degree weather which is extremely cold to run the mile in....

And deadlifted 550 for 1 on the same day....

Cliffs.

1. Not only do I break his " unofficial WR " by 13 full seconds.

2. I deadlift 50 LBS more.

3. And do it at a body weight over 21 LBS heavier.

I now own his record.. Thanks for the effort though. I appreciate his attempt even though it was done on a light to medium dose of tren.

I could do a correlation of what if I did tren or steroids in 2002 and did a subraction correlation equation of subtract 16 seconds from the 4:36 mile and call it a 4:20 mile equivalent.....

That would just make it worse. Then I beat him by over 29 seconds in this.. Absolutely blow him out of the water.

Ok cool. Finally found it.

He did his 4:49 by 500 LB deadlift in the same day on November 7th or so, 2020.

I'm on Insta right now trying to explain to him that I already beat this record previously in 2002. Don't think he's going to comprehend that or have the mental capacity to understand that though. We'll see.. I'm actually trying to be nice about it and not doing my rude thing of i'm hotter than he is..

Typical results though are to just ignore me and ban me and block me. That's the standard precedure when someone finds out that someone already accomplished this and did it 13 seconds faster and 50 LBS heavier.. So we'll see if he ends up blocking me twice like Norton has. Tons of celebs on Insta have blocked me 2011-2018 range. Phil Heath, Mike O'hearn, the 190 LB natural twink at his core titan, Paige Hathaway, I don't even have time to list them all.. I could make a full thread of who has blocked me on Insta for simply calling them out about their steroid usage....Laynes natural though.

Um what else? Oh yeah. I'm hotter and faster than you all. Take it easy. BRB later. Need more candy right now.

Also cliffs are.

They like to keep even rounded numbers when listing this online.

So they keep it at..............

1. 5 minute mile.

2. 500 LB deadlift.

Even though I would blow out of the water either one of these standards by a ton in either direction.

Even though if I really had wanted to and really wanted to have focused in on this back then I could have got like something really crazy for a natural...................................

1. 4:14 mile.

2. 600 LB deadlift in the same day.

3. At 6'0 and 205 LBS. ...................................................................................................

4. But at a later time period like 2013 range.

But I quit the mile in 2002 or so and just focused on the 400 and below up till 2015...... So it's all a catch 22 at this point.

Damn I was close....

Here's his exact comment to this guy on Insta from the day after doing it....

I said 185.... He was only 3 LBS heavier...

@therackworkout I weight 196 now but during this feat I was around 188. Living in San Diego I don't really have access to altitude training. The running just came from my background in rugby and obstacle course racing. Otherwise all I did to prep for this was crossfit 6x a week.
