Any of you lazy fucks use Robot Vacuums with mops?

Bought a over 1500sqft million dollar house in Hawaii and thinking of purchasing a robot vacuum. Anyone have one, is it good?

I suggest holding up on any purchases champ. You're going to need every single penny from your part time jobs to make your monthly note. You're one week of missing work due to the flu from having your entire family living on the street. Srs, vry srs.

1500 is like a dog house, that really costs a million in Hawaii? It's mostly slums, hotels, and vacation properties there. I wouldn't pay more than 200k for something that small

Tried one, I forget the brand. Somehow it always got lost returning to its charging station. I returned it.

Yes I bought one and I’ll never go back . Only problem is it can’t be bargained with , it can’t be reasoned with , it doesn’t feel pity , and it always misplaces my usb C chargers (I think he’s using them tbh )

I have a tri level house with 100% of the floors being LVP, its the GOAT when you have a dog, cat and a young kid. The only problem is the amount of dust/hair thats generated daily, so I bought 3 Roomba model 105 combo models to have one on each floor and they kick ass. I started off with a base Roomba and it would just bounce off the walls like a blind retard marking up my white base boards, and most of the time would run for hours and then just die on the floor when the battery was dead. If it did make it back to the base it often would not make good contact on the charging contacts and not charge, to save energy they don't have a full time light that tells you its charging so its easy to miss that the battery is dead when you want to use it. Thankfully Roomba fixed the charging station on the 105 and it works perfect everytime.

The Combo 105 when new will make a quick trip around the area and use some sort of radar crap to make an image of the area to clean and that takes a few minutes. You can go into the app and setup areas on the map to either not clean (rugs) or to hit harder for high traffic areas. 2 out of the 3 roombas have to deal with stairs and they never have an issue, they're smart enough to not fall down them. The Combo 105's also have a much more logical cleaning pattern in that they clean the perimeter of the area, then move towards the center 1 pass at a time without just randomly running into stuff hard and marking up my base boards. The mopping action on it is just a microfiber cloth that sticks to the rear of the machine and water reservoir keeps it damp, no scrubbing action but it does a good job on my floors.

I'm a cheap ass so I bought the model without the docking station that allows them to self empty and possibly refill. Its kind of a pain because when they're done you have to go take off the dust bin so you can empty it and also get the wet mop cloth off the floor to prevent damage. Even on LVP flooring people report getting a discolored spot if they let the wet mop head stay in one place for days from not picking it up. Its also retarded that the dust bin/mop is on the same side as the charger, so remove the dust bin you have to take the unit off the charger and make sure its correctly back on the charger after removing the bin. Overall its was probably the best money I ever spent, they were $185.00 a piece shipped, so about $550 to never have to sweep or mop again in my house (2100sqft).

I have one and it does a good job but it takes a long time and my dog always tries to fight it so I gotta put him outside while it runs or keep him in the office with me while I'm working

How long does it take and how much space? The combo 105 has a timer and depending upon which floor takes 30-40 mins. You can control them with your phone so I fill them with water and then start them after I leave the house. The main floor one is where I keep my dog gated during the day, so that roomba I start at bed time when she comes upstairs for the night.

My original basic roomba would take hours to do the same space that my combo does in 30 mins.
