My company is so fucking cheap they don't even give annual inflation raises.

Probably replace me with AI soon


Even our bonus structure is beyond fucked cause they have it funnel through 3 separate tiers. For example, they'll fund target bonuses at 75% based on company performance, then they'll fund that at department/team level at 85% which is considered a satisfactory performance, then they fund it at an individual level of 85% again for satisfactory performance

By the time it washes through all those percentages I get like 50% of the target bonus amount. Biggest scam I've ever seen in my life
