Cutting and you're the same weight for a week then it just goes down like 4 lbs outta nowhere

This happen to anyone?

Itll be like a week straight and it wont move no matter what you do then one day ull be down 4 lbs

Its like options trading where itll be at a certain price then support gives way and it moves in a certain direction
-germ theory is 100% fake
-raw meat , raw eggs , raw butter, raw milk everyday crew

Depending on how long you've been cutting it's normally water fluctuations...
