Being married interferes with nearly every form of personal development

Typical example of this is what happened yesterday:

-wife out most of the day
-spend most of the day missing
-near the end of the day I finally get myself motivated to start brain maxxing
-start reading my books
-15 minutes in wife comes home and ruins my concentration
-fuck it
