It is part of the process. You need to become comfortable being uncomfortable. You also need to deeply understand who you are, and to accept every part of yourself and find love for yourself.


But also keep practicing. Meditate. Get a grip on your central nervous system. Find ways to stimulate the Vagus nerve.

And don’t be afraid of fucking it up. It is all just practice as long as you learn from it.

Let that voice crack and see what that feels like. Hold it. It is just practice. You will find yourself if you keep looking. And you will fall in love.

This is a great place to practice too.

Like out in public in the store and stuff. Stare until it becomes uncomfortable, and see that you are doing it to yourself. They are not doing anything to you. It is you doing it. You can absolutely overcome it, but you have to be able to feel it.

I go fucking crazy with it. Locking eyes with an attractive women who is clearly with her hubbs/bf, stare at the biggest guy in a group of group of friends. Make that shit feel feely and handle it.

Then when you are dealing with some boomer subordinate or some heavenly blessed beauty it isn’t even uncomfortable, and they can see that.
