Whats the longest plank you've ever done?
Been one of my fav exercises lately. It's fixing a lot of my weaknesses, esp my core
Did 2 min 10 seconds yesterday. Felt good considering school gym class had us doing 60 seconds and that felt like hell. But i feel like it's harder when someone forces u to do it. If u set ur mind right like u wanna do ur best, it's easier to do
Drop ur score below. Imma try to beat the top score. Nah mean?

I do a 120 second plank in the middle of each of my personal training sessions 3x per week. They're honestly beginning to get easy, and might have to increase to 150 and see how it goes.

Just to mogg everyone who will post, I've done a 3 minute one and that was after jumping rope. Never done a pure plank just to plank.
Some grandma holds the record for holding a plank for a few hours though so longer planks really don't have that much utility.

Nearly an hour in the front leaning rest. It's not a plank. But close enough.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I never do planks on the regular but we did this one time in the OG. I think I did a 3 min 15 second plank while watching some TV show. I should try them again...

I do 3 sets of 90 seconds with a 25 lb plate on my back every ab day
Imagine not adding weight. It's not a cardio session. Your abs are a muscle

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
