Things I've given up over the years for health maxxing purposes

-around 2018-2020 not sure anymore, maybe 2019: quit steroids and went from 220lbs 6' ripped beast with moonface and bloodshot eyes to 170lbs trim and healthy looking whippersnapper presently

-somewhere around 2021: gave up energy drinks, artificial flavoring, highly processed food

-may 2023: gave up alcohol 100%

-may 2026: gave up ADD medication, coffee and other psycho stimulants

Also I switched to only wired internet and airplane mode mandate in my home since 2020 or so. Because or tin foil hat radiation theories which I am not sure are true but I am being cautious about it so pretend it's real
