OP, the only thing I would advocate is switching between right hand and left hand. You don't want to end up in a situation where your right arm is more developed than your left arm.

Anything starting with a 5 or 6 is optiminal. There are plenty of athletes and swimmers with ultra low heartrates that end up taking medication like aspirin later in their lives to avoid strokes lmfao
