Better than the two states I used to live (Mississippi and Alabama). If you are a young person from the Deep South, you dream of escaping to at least TN, GA or FL. Still Southern, but not completely blown out and impoverished

Yep love being from Georgia, and having family and great great parents all from Georgia.

FL, Alabama, SC, and NC all get hit with hurricanes or ice storms. It misses us all although we did have that one ice storm that had people stuck on interstates for a night about a decade ago.

Unless you live near the beach FL sucks. The other states are all mogged bc we have our airport and the cities and suburbs all grew 100x over what any of them have. People from the norteast and midwest have been escaping their dumps for here in flux since I’ve been born. We’re not moving there.

Well I’ve worked with plenty from NJ that hate their state and have either left or would leave if not for kids. Can’t say the same here.
