Aside from being composed mostly of water, it has electrolytes, and the correct amount of sugar to support hydration. Too much sugar dehydrates you but a small amount helps the cells with hydration

Me too. Mix it with pure cacao powder for even more health benefits and great flavor. Sometimes I'll have matcha powder with allulose

Sometimes I'll pour real maple syrup and some ceylon cinnamon in there, that tastes ridiculously good
