Rest day today. I lifted yesterday. Chest and cns weren't fully recovered but I worked up to 205 for 6 bench, with some back off sets at 135 to push blood (I've been doing that lately). Seated OHP up to 95 for 8(?). Lateral raises 15lbs for pushing blood, basically 3 sets of amrap. BB curls up to 75 for quality reps of 8-10 (focusing on the bicep mind-muscle connection). Then reverse grip bb curls with rolling wrists (shoutout piram).

Basically, I tried to go hard on the bench. Then the rest was auxilliary. The exercises get more pump focused the lower they are down the list. Got a great pump

Drew Darden has a chin. Andrew Tate does not.
