Got my new tradie install/service van setup

Put some shelves in and loaded it up with tools.

Before

After

My wife is making fun of me now because my back driveway looks like a car lot. Have three vans in the back and one in the front driveway

Mechanical services. HVAC, electrical, plumbing and controls

I’ve condemned abunch of 22 units so far this summer. Rolling in the dough and my scrap pile grows every week. Aluminum/copper coils and copper are through the roof right now

my r22 system has a leak. shame because I hear the new stuff sucks. I'm looking into maybe just replacing the leaky a-coil

Good luck finding a coil. 410a is next to go, well it’s pretty much already phased out you can buy Freon just not equipment. I have to drive to PA to buy R22 drop in refrigerant

I have 22 at my house. Such a simple condenser to work on. Just a contactor and capacitor

I have my 608 and bought some r22 for cheap. you can get it for ~$15/lb online

there are supposedly some new coils that will work on r22 fine, I just need to find a vacuum pump thing and a good youtube video to do all that. I have gauges

I just said I don’t buy Freon online nor do I buy many parts online. I go to the vendors. I get it for around $550 a cylinder (30lbs) if I buy 10+ cylinders I get free stuff too and a lower price think it was around 500 in bulk. It’s a drop in Freon NU 22
