Just found out that LED light bulbs are literally killing you.

LED lightbulbs Cause:

Eye strain
Headaches
Disrupts circadian rhythm
Diabetes
High blood pressure
Insomnia
Activates your sympathetic nervous system which is bad

That's why the government banned incandescent light bulbs to destroy our health. Do yourself a favor and switch your light bulbs now!

Cheap LEDs do cause all that because they turn on and off hundreds of times a second. You can't perceive it, but it does affect you. I'm not poor, so this isn't something I have to deal with.

I've been telling yall this. The yellow sodium halide we had back in the 90's is superior to the LED street lights. A town in Arizona switched to all yellow LEDs street lights.

Seems legit.. But would need more info... I remember way back in like 2010 I was fucking blinded by a Mac Truck behind me with some weird ass head lights and he was way back like a mile back... I had to turn my fucking mirror to the side it was that fucking annoying....
