Crazy new video leaked of Jay Cutler squatting 765 @ 19 years old!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it.

So here’s me leg pressing 315 at 45 years old.

Mario can't hit those kinds of numbers. Not in weight lifting anyways.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Haha Cutler likes to claim he was squatting 700 pounds at 19 years old.

He also claims to have stopped training his legs for 2-3 years, so his upper body could catch up.
.
On the same note , Ronnie claims to have stopped training arms for 2 years but who knows the truth? Haha

Maybe today I’ll post Jason Genova’s 405 bench press he alleged back in the day.

Push was yesterday.
Ded srs I’m debating to do pull today instead of legs . I prefer to do legs in between but it seems as though everyone is doing push pull legs , day off .
Which seems weird to me as my upper body is sore from the push day , and I thought having a day in between would give your upper body and rotators a chance to recover b4 doing back ?
Debating to do back today though and see how it goes . Wasn’t a great experience last time I tried

Not breaking any records yesterday . Because of my tendon issues I’m only using dumbbells for chest . Fast bench 60-10 , incline 50-12 .
Finally got tired of still being stuck at pussy weights so tried 80’s on flat . Didn’t feel very good on the rotators ,and could only muster 80-4 , so it felt like I’m jumping up to quickly and need more time .
I guess seeing as I’m a senior citizen now I shouldn’t let it get me down . Avoiding injuries is job one atm

ayy legs crew

The new rack came in. I think I'm going to buy the aftermarket stabilizer bar. There is a bit more wobble than I expected (and maybe I didn't tork the bolts down hard enough?)

Overall, i like it and it's pretty cool how modular these things are

Definitely get a stabilizer to go across the top part of the rack. That should solidify it pretty good.

Good video. I did legs today, too. Pause squats, not heavy, just trying to feel it (particularly in my quads). For the maybe the first time ever I'm doing pause RDL (a pause off the ground). I'm trying to put more time under tension on my mid-upper back. On spread

Das it.

And yes, I’d recommend the stabilizer bar too. I don’t know if I ever told you, but my set up originally started as just the uprights as well. And I ended up buying all the rest of the rack/crossbar and putting it together eventually.
