My buddy is a NY cop and said their really isn't much you can do without getting ticketed. Unless your really lucky and theres no cameras around. But he said you just have to wait for the cops to get there and deal with the mess.

I asked, what if you just get out of the car and "forget" that your car is in drive and it just happens to roll pass the line. Still get ticketed with negligent something something. Pretty much any kind of way to get through is ticketable. And considering its always SJWs doing it, they will press charges.

I saw the one where they blocked the school entrance. If I'm paying stacks on stacks to attend class you can bet your rats ass I'm turning into Marshawn Lynch and grabbing my textbook under my arm running through like I'm scoring the game winning touchdown and if Anyone lays a hand on me they are going night night I throw haymakers

That's the thing. There will be cameras so there will be proof of Aggravated Assault. There's no legit way of getting passed it without being fcuked

IDK - it gets tricky.

Cause, if you aren't free to move and go about your day. Isn't that some sort of kidnapping? Holding someone against their will?

I'm no lawyer but blocking people is not right.

For the school one I would get a ladder and set it up at the wall. As for the road ones that would rustle my jimmies hard if I was late for some chit and some people were blocking the way

Carry a can or 2 of bear/riot mace in ur car. Mace the **** out of them if theyre protesting and blocking your road. You should be justified because they are illegally detaining you, which can be percieved as threatening.

I'm not 100% on this, but it's one possible idea.

This might be a stupid question and is sort of far out there but what if you basically filed a law suit against anyone that stopped you from getting to class. Tuition is whatever amount and divide that by how many days you are in class. Take that amount and tell any student that if they get in the way you will take them to small claims court for the amount of money lost by not being able to get to class. Could potentially also go after them for emotional damage or some BS like that.

This... what you really need to do is know a lawyer and basically have them tell you exactly what you can and can not do in this situation. Follow their advice exactly.
