My manlet friend is trying to have a kid

It's embarrassing to admit I'm friends with a manlet but I feel like this needs to be asked so I'll risk my reputation for the betterment of the universe.

My friend who is legitimately 5' 5" at the most is trying to have a kid with his wife and I feel like I need to stop this from happening. Do we really need another manlet in this world? This poor kid has a horrible life ahead of him so would it be better if he's never created? HELP MISC what should I do?
