i'm referring to the people who have the right skills and networking to actually achieve their goals and are willing to keep at it. it's obviously not just wanting to be rich that'll get you there.

point is, even if they're not millionaires, being well off is still good enough for most. and different people have different interpretations of being "well off".

Technically you're still spinning wheels.

- You're a wage earner so you're taxed to the max without many tax deductions available

-your mortgage and car debt are considered bad debt unless they're bought as part of a corporation or business.

-banks expect you to refi your mortgage every 7 years and the way interest works with both mortgages and car loans is criminal. Most people don't care though because that's what everyone else does.
-most people will be in bad debt for their entire adult lives. Let that sink in.
