Mind = blown by fat people drinking soda

Was at chipotle just now. Went to refill my Diet Coke. I had to wait behind a 250-300lb woman refilling her large Mr Pibb.

I can't fathom how people who obviously have a weight issue decide to drink regular soda? That's literally hundreds (thousands?) of empty calories you could cut weekly without feeling any less full. Like- zero effort or sacrifice required.

If you're in shape or even a few pounds overweight, whatever, go for it. But keeping up with the large Dr Pepper with every meal when you're so large that breathing is hard. Wtf?!

that's probably why they're fat srs

a lot of people don't realise how much sugar and calories soft drinks actually contain.
I appreciate well thought out subtle trolling.

Pretty sure soda and sweet tea is what caused the obesity epidemic in our country.

It's also terrible for your teeth.

I drink 2-3 liters of Diet Coke daily. But that's zero calories. Why not just switch?

Agreed. It has to be the single food item (drink but w/e) responsible for people being overweight.

So many people drink 30-40oz of regular soda with their meals when they go out.. thats 300-400 cals and about 120g sugar.

Then they get that insulin spike and are starving again 2-3 hours later.

Exactly, just replace soda with earth is flat.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

She was probably just on a dreamer bulk. All the barely chewed up food particles from the hastily consumed burrito and chips likely left air gaps in the stomach. In order to maximize calories in the soda is used to fill in the gaps and hasten digestion (soda is acidic.) When the next midday snack rolls around she will have room.

I used to drink 1-2 sodas pretty much everyday when I was younger but decided to cut them out when I got into working out. Now I find them disgusting srs. I don't see how people can guzzle down gallons of coke on a daily basis and live with themselves

I switched Soda out for sweet tea, then sweet tea out for lemonade. Trying to switch lemonade out for water, at least during the week. It's hard

Its true you don't realize it when youre doing it. I used to be obese 275 lbs and would have a 1.5L water bottle, throw 1/3 c of goodhost iced tea mix in and drink it as I played halo 3, refilled it 3-4 times. Now that I look at it that's 400ish sugar carbs a day.

She's already at Chipotle, might as well go all in. I find it retarded when they drink diet Coke with their Big Macs. Sounds like she's doing it right.

Totally agree it blows my mind as well, no idea why anyone regularly drinks full sugar variants of soda.
