Seriously. Look, not everyone wants the same thing out of a car. Some people want luxury, others performance, then some only care about it going from A to B and are truly utilitarian about it.

BUT


This is 2016. There are a wide range of aesthetic cars at all price points. There is literally NO reason to be caught in something as hideous as this




And that is just one of many utterly horrendous designs that are polluting our roads these days. It's like manufacturers are targeting the lame as fuk readers digest reading market with these god awful pieces of trash that should have never made their way onto PAPER in the design room, much less an assembly line. It's almost like manufacturers have some internal chart that dictates and ugliness to efficiency ratio.


If you drive something that looks that awful I instantly assume you are a stuttering pushover.

First of all you saying you could care less implies that you care about it at this point. So you are saying that you do care about people driving sht cars but you can see a scenario in which you care less than you do now???

I normally won't judge someone for their car.

However, prius/BMW i4/honda/any car with more than 3 bumper stickers, yes i do judge.

Also judge people on whether it looks like it's been taken decent care of. I'd hold someone in higher regard who drives a 95 accord that is clean and undamaged, than someone who is okay driving around a 2010 Hyundai with the front and/or rear bumper hanging off.

The thing that blows my mind the most is I always see guys driving the ugliest cars. PT Cruisers, Chrysler Xfire, Priuses, etc etc.

Acuras are aesthetic until they are riced out brah! IMO a well maintained car like a Civic, Focus, Accord, etc that is clean and not riced out is a MILLION times better than these ugly bulbous things they are pumping out these days

I don't judge.

The majority shareholder of our company spent more this winter on an interior remodel of his ocean front house than I paid for mine. Easily worth $100M+, but bombs around in a mid-2000s Ford Ranger in traffic.

We have an IT admin in this office. Mid 30's, help-desk income, still living at home, drives a Range Rover Evoque.

I judge from the condition of then vehicle more than the make/model itself. You can tell what kind of person they are from how well or poorly they maintain their car.

I am a fan of beaters. Never have a car payment. I always have at least 2 so if one brakes down, i can dump it and use the back up.
