Plenty are around. They usually have "natty" in their name or profile and post about how natty they are and in any thread that uses the word "natty". They will be up in here soon to give you hope.

Whats your definition of a good physique though? If you're looking to attract women then a FFMI between 22 and 24 with 8-10% bodyfat has been shown by studies to be the most attractive to women. You can get this physique in 2 to 3 years

Checking in.

Took me 6 years, however.

But its the fitness industry fault, that people now have unrealistic standards, such as lack of patience and what is considered a 'good' physique.

Takes 10 years as a natty to compete with enhanced lifters who have been lifting for 3 years (if the cell techer is not lazy). In my opinion.

But its definitely worth it in the end.

You do AMRAP combined with dropsets? That $hit will stimulate some serious growth. Downside is everyone will stare at you in the gym like you're a maniac

not saying I have a great, goal worthy physique, but I do get accused of being on "supplements" IRL. that is the biggest compliment I think you could get.

OP, there are PLENTY of great physiques here, just don't get jaded: hard hard work always shows.

it just shows more with good genetics, which is just a fact of life to deal with and work past, not give up on

Natty might ride a bike when I'm 25 or so but I'm decent looking. Small compared to tech users but better looking than most in your average gym goer by quite a bit
